Ken is a business development, technical sales and general management professional and has helped bootstrap multiple services start-ups in the SF Bay area over the past 2 decades.
He is an ardent advocate of business alliances and partnerships for the success of entrepreneurs in the start-up ecosystem. At Chordify, he has established a partner network to help software start-ups at all stages of their growth- talent acquisition, software design and development, IT infrastructure and go-to-market strategies. Ken began his career in the retail sector before serving for more than a decade as a senior manager with Xerox India and Olivetti India.
Ken is an advisory board member in multiple start-ups and is a Mentor at Pacific Community Ventures advising and guiding small business owners.
Ken has a BSc Eng. (Electrical) degree from College of Engineering Trivandrum, India, a Master of Science in Marketing Management from Pune University, India and an MBA in International Business from California State University East Bay, Hayward, CA.

Varun is an accomplished professional with more than 2 decades of experience in sales operations including HR, talent acquisition and staffing programs in the U.S., Europe, South-East Asia and the Middle-East. He rejoins us after a short stint as CEO of Intulog, where he helped grow Intulog business by more than 60% in a short span of 9 months.
Varun has enviable track record in meeting client objectives, cross-departmental collaboration and a laser focus on meeting and exceeding various metrics for talent acquisition. He is well-versed in designing frameworks and applying processes and seamlessly supporting high growth business needs. Using creative strategies in talent acquisition and staffing, he has in the past 2 decades staffed and onboarded in excess of 2000 engineers, software developers, software architects and product managers.
Varun has an MBA specializing in HR and has completed a certificate program in Marketing Analytics from UC Berkeley, California.

Supriyo brings to the table more than 20 years of global business development experience in the services industry having worked with BPO, ITO and Telecom industries. He has worked with leading global brands like Pearson, Wipro and British Telecom as well as smaller companies with an entrepreneurial culture.
He has leveraged his understanding of ‘Customer Experience’, process knowledge and appreciation of emerging technology solutions to come up with practical solutions addressing business challenges. And he has proven time and again his ability to use his communication and people skills working with cross functional teams to take these solutions to market. He has a B. Tech (Hons) degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
